Open Streets and Selby Avenue Jazz Fest

Regardless of which side of the river people were on, they had wonderful happenings in their area on Sept. 10.

In North Minneapolis crowds took to West Broadway Avenue for Open Streets, a festival celebrating community and culture. In St. Paul the annual Selby Avenue Jazz Festival was once again a delight for throngs of music lovers who turned out to hear some of the best in local and regional jazz. Photographers David Bradley (Selby) and Phil McGraw (Open Street) captured a few of the sights from the two outdoor events.
