Set in Anywhere, USA, Femme Fatale Is a conversation between four women: Hip Hop Girl, Militant Girl, Enlightened Girl and Prophet Girl, who each have their own interpretation about the social and economic culture of present day America.
Each of the women delivers a thought provoking message hoping to enlist those who are of the same conscious mind. The struggle to persuade intensifies as each of the women becomes desperate in their last attempt to convince the masses that their way is the best way.
