Metropolitan State University announces new art exhibitMetropolitan State University Gordon Parks Gallery opens its next exhibit, Student Salon 2014, with a reception on Thursday, March 27, from 4:30 p.m. –7 p.m.

The Student Salon 2014 features multimedia works produced by Metropolitan State students enrolled in undergraduate programs. From apparel design to black and white photography, this exhibit surveys the diverse form and content explored in class and beyond. Visual artists include Michael Butz, Gloria Fritz, Samuel Forney, Andrea Paiz Leonardo, Kelsey Lindquist, Leah Peroni, Nicolas Rivers, Dionne Sims, Whittier Strong and Xia Yang. All the artists are located in the Twin Cities.
