Attorneys David Schulman and Rick Wylie sat on the panel, along with clients they represent in lawsuits charging HCMC with, among other illegal acts, the unlawful practice of maintaining a workplace that is hostile to Black employees. Plaintiffs Carlotta Madison, an 18-year HCMC employee and Sherry Williams, a former HCMC employee of six years, also addressed the forum.
