According to Allhiphop.com, Kanye West was arrested November 14 in Britain after another run-in with a paparazzi photographer outside of a Newcastle nightclub. He was in town as part of the Glow in the Dark world tour, and performed the previous night at the Metro Radio Area.
“We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Newcastle city center club in the early hours of this morning,” a Northumbria police spokeswoman released in a statement. “He was released without charge and no further action is being taken.”
Kanye’s latest alleged confrontation with a photographer comes just two months after he was arrested at LAX airport for manhandling a paparazzi photographer on film and angrily smashing his camera. As with the UK arrest, West was released after the alleged victims declined to press charges.
He has reportedly called for stronger laws against photographing people without their permission.
