The City of New Brighton has an opening for a full-time police officer – applicants with previous law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply. On September 19th, 20th and 21st 2017 The Washington County CDA is Opening the Waiting List for Public Housing Only. Application can be made on-line at: WashingtonMN.Housingmanager.com

Eligible applicants should apply on-line at WashingtonMN.Housingmanager.com between 8:00 am on September 19th,  2017 through September 21st, 2017 at 4:30 pm. The CDA will accept on-line applications only.

Only one person per household may apply. The Washington County CDA is limiting applications to the first 2000 applicants. Once 2000 applications are taken, the site will be closed. 

The 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom waiting lists will be open on September 19th, 20th, and  21st, 2017.  These units include one bedroom units located at Whispering Pines in Forest Lake and 2, 3, and 4 bedroom scattered site public housing units.  A preference will be given to applicants who live or work in Washington County or to applicants that have been displaced by federal, state or local government action.

Eligibility:

  1. You must be a United States Citizen, or a noncitizen with eligible immigrant status.
  2. You must provide a social security number for each family member.
  3. You must income qualify per household size.
