Summer Food Service Program at Excell Academy for Higher Learning

exell academyExcell Academy is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and meet nutritional standards established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) prohibits discrimination against its customers, employees, and applicants for employment on the bases of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program, or protected genetic information in employment or in any program or activity conducted or funded by the Department. (Not all prohibited bases will apply to all programs and/or employment activities.) Meals will be provided Monday, June 16th, 2014 through Friday, July 25th, 2014 at the following sites and times:

Excell Academy For Higher Learning, 6510 Zane Ave N. Ste#107, Brooklyn Park, MN, 55429, (763)-533-0500. Breakfast served from 9:00am-9:30am. Lunch served from 12:15pm-1:00pm. Contact Ishabor Makvandi at (763)-533-0500 for further details.

To file a Civil Rights program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, found online at http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, or at any USDA office, or call (866) 632-9992 to request the form.
