Webb is responsible for developing the university’s affirmative action plan; for monitoring compliance within all aspects of university work; and for investigating student or employee complaints of discrimination, harassment and retaliation brought under MnSCU’s 1B.1 policy. She also works with the Human Resources Office in the administration and monitoring of hiring practices and provides training and professional development related to nondiscrimination, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action.
Webb previously worked for Accenture HR Services as employee relations specialist, and for Kaiser Permanente as workforce diversity programs manager and EEO/affirmative action manager. She attended American University, Washington, D.C., for her professional human resources certifications.
