I often think about all the things I have to do during the course of the day and what little time I have to do them. However, I never find myself thinking about what I could do during my long day that would help me to release some stress. The 4 pillars of a healthy relationshipI would like to review the topic of the 4 pillars of a healthy relationship. This is something that I have shared in the past, but it is a noteworthy topic that cannot be discussed enough. When two people come together an emotional bridge is created. This emotional bridge represents the feelings that they have for each other. Just as support is needed in a physical bridge, these feelings must be supported by underling principles. These principles serve as the foundation for the relationship, and they are supported by words and actions that work for the good of both people involved. These words and actions or pillars, are necessary for successful interaction.
