Conversations with Al McFarlane: Christmas Holiday Show

Master musicians Gary Dennis Hines (standing at left), co-founder and director, Sounds of Blackness, song stylist and composer, Bernice Gregory (right); multi-instrumentalist and bandleader and recording artist, José James joined Al McFarlane and Conversations with Al McFarlane producer, Dr. Lisa Thomas for an hour of reflection and praise celebrating Black culture and the meaning of Christmas. The pre-recorded show airs at 11am Christmas Day, December 25th. "This show will save somebody's life on Christmas Day," McFarlane said, noting the life affirming positive messages his guests presented. Conversations with Al McFarlane will resume live broadcasting from Midtown Global Market, 920 East Lake in South Minneapolis, on Tuesday January 8, 2008.
