E-mail Print PDF
A memorial wall in tribute to fallen Minnesota troops will be dedicated on June 11, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at the 934th Officers’ Club at Ft. Snelling in Minneapolis.

The wall will honor those who have been killed in action or died of wounds during military service in Afghanistan or Iraq.

The troops, 67 in all, are from the United States Army and Marine forces. The decision to honor the fallen members of these wars was made by the Minnesota Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MCMOAA) and the Minnesota Department of the Retired Officers Association (MNROA), the host organizations who raised the funds for the project.

All immediate family members have been invited to attend, as well as Governors' Dayton and Pawlenty and other state and national leaders.

The Wall is open for public viewing at the 934th Officers’ Club at Ft. Snelling but is subject to club availability. Please contact the MCMOAA for more information.
