The Lynx have set new single-season franchise records for wins (23), along with home (12) and road victories (11) this season. With five games remaining on its regular-season schedule, Minnesota has a chance to tie the single-season league record for victories (28), accomplished twice by the Los Angeles Sparks (2000 - 28-4; 2001 - 28-4) and last year by the Seattle Storm (28-6). Behind the Lynx in the Western Conference standings are Seattle (16-12), Phoenix (15-12), San Antonio (13-15), Los Angeles (12-16) and Tulsa (2-25 - eliminated from playoff contention).
Minnesota has played two home playoff games in its history, including a 74-72 win on Aug. 28, 2003 over the number one seed and eventual WNBA Champion Los Angeles Sparks in the Lynx' first home playoff game in franchise history.
The 2011 WNBA Playoffs dates will be announced at a later date.
