Wolves to add #1 pick Wiggins to talented young roster

The Minnesota Timberwolves have a "handshake agreement" to trade star power forward Kevin Love to the Cleveland Cavaliers (yes the team with Lebron James) in exchange for this years' #1 pick Andrew Wiggins from the University of Kansas. Also likely in the deal, are draft picks and a valuable young forward from the Philadelphia 76ers named Thaddeus Young. As with any big ticket trade, opinions vary, but it is always valuable to consider the obvious.
A green line painted on the sidewalk led baseball fans from FanFest events at the Minneapolis Convention Center, winding through Nicollet Mall, and ultimately landing visitors at the doorstep of Target Field for the 2014 Major League Baseball All-Star game.
The Minnesota Twins are doing what they consistently do, which is ... play gritty baseball, and hope that a couple of their small market (dollar bill y'all) stars rise to carry the team beyond expectations.

WASHINGTON (NNPA) – During a closed door meeting with NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, a coalition of civil rights groups commended the basketball chief for making a strong statement with the lifetime ban of Los Angeles Clippers' owner Donald Sterling and expressed the need for greater diversity in the NBA's business behind the scenes.
